Get in to great shape & have fun doing it! In our Women Only classes you will learn the basic punches, knees, kicks, and elbows of Muay Thai in a safe, fun, & positive atmosphere.
Any age 14+ & any fitness level is welcome. Whether you are looking to lose weight increase your endurance or just learn something new, our Women Only classes can and will provide you with increased confidence, endurance, focus, strength, agility, self defense, discipline, perseverance, and so much more.
Class consists of strength + interval training, kickfit/boxfit, circuits, self defense and weight management skills.
Our classes are designed to help you lose weight. We are better than your local gym because we help you burn those calories while learning a valuable martial art.
Everyone should be able to defend themselves if they need to. Muay Thai is a great skill to have for any situation.
Sometimes the biggest changes our students see aren't on the outside. Our students feel more confident, disciplined and accomplished by going through our intense and rewarding program.
